Terastal Festival is a Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) set that was released on December 6, 2024. It's the eighth Japanese subset in the Scarlet & Violet era of the TCG. The set is centered around Eevee and its evolutions, and features each of them as a Stellar Tera Pokémon.
 
The set includes 237 cards, including 12 Super Rares, 33 Special Art Rares, and 5 Ultra Rares.
 
Each booster pack is guaranteed to contain at least one ex card. Booster boxes are guaranteed to contain at least one Special Art Rare, one ACE SPEC card, three reverse holos, and nine Double Rares. There's also a chance of pulling a secret rare card or a God Pack booster pack.
